Is my membership number going to change?

If there are changes to your membership number, we will contact you directly in the coming months with further information.

Will I need to order new cheques?

You may continue to use your current cheques.

Where will I be able to find my cheque images?

Cheque images can be found on your monthly statement.

Will anything change with my HMECU Mastercard?

Your credit card will not be impacted. You may continue to use your credit card throughout the upcoming changes.

What do I need to do prior to the system change?

We will mail you a checklist to summarize any actions that you may need to do prior to the system change on October 22nd, 2021. Subscribe to our email list to get this checklist sent directly to your inbox when it’s time to prepare for the change.

Will there be any changes to packages or service fees?

Our team is working through the details of package and fee changes. More information will be made available closer to our system change.
