Will my statements look different after the conversion?

Statements will look and feel a little different as they are being redesigned as part of this change.

How will I view my statements after conversion?

You can continue to view your statements online or you will still receive them in the mail if you have opted for paper statements.

Will I still have access to old statements?

Members will be able to access archived statements through online banking as they normally would. You will be able to see the last 7 years of statements. We will also send a final printed statement run to everyone on October 22nd.

How will joint accounts be affected during the conversion?

We are changing to relational banking. You will now see all of your personal and joint accounts on one easy to read statement, instead of multiple different ones. You will also see all registered products (RRSPs, TFSAs, and RRIFs) that are in your name.

Where will I be able to find my cheque images?

Cheque images can be found on your monthly statement.
